Games - Puck Relay

Aerobic endurance

Begin by dropping the puck in the deep end. The first member of the team must jump down and move the puck (underwater) as far as they can. The swimmer drops the puck and then comes straight up to the surface and swims back to the starting point. Upon touching the wall the next member of the team takes over and swims out. Upon reaching a point above the puck they take a deep breath and go down. They in turn move the puck as far as they can. Upon reaching the shallow end of the pool, the swimmer must touch the wall underwater with the puck, turn around and start back dropping the puck on the bottom before returning and the next swimmer continues from that point. The last swimmer to touch the deep end wall underwater with the puck wins.

Variations: You can use a pool ring (increase the distance to 100m).
