Back Drills - Pop Can Drill

Full Stroke Backstroke + "Pop Can": Swimming backstroke with a pop can approximately 25 –30% filled with water and placed on the forehead teaches the swimmer the importance of holding the head as steady as possible. Although at first, the can may fall off continuously, after time, the swimmers become proficient enough to swim and do different drills with the can on his or her forehead.
